MuseumMate has been promoting, worldwide and for more than 27 years, the use of technology and digital solutions within Museums and cultural institutions.
Our mission is twofold: first, to improve access and quality of public visitation, and second, to facilitate and improve management work by museums.
Today, our offer consists of the production and supply of new state-of-the-art Audioguide solutions both in digital version (BYOD model) and through smart devices offered to the individual visitor and organized groups.
With MuseumMate’s own management software, we enable museum management to administer large amounts of data in real time and have full control over multimedia content (not only in audio format, but also in video, images, graphics, text, etc.).
In addition, Museummate is also responsible for developing the ad hoc storytelling project for the museum client by adopting unique storytelling techniques and ensuring the proper dissemination of all its multilingual content. Ultimately, it provides services to maintain, support, and supply staff to carry out the Museum’s in-house activities.
