Jacqueline Eidelman
General curator of honorary heritage, Jacqueline Eidelman coordinates the museum pole of the Musée-mémorial du terrorisme currently in the forefront. Researcher in sociology at the CNRS (1980-2009), she then joined the Ministry of Culture to become head of the public policy department of the general directorate of heritage (2010-2015) then head of the 21st Century Museums Mission (2016-2017). She is a professor at the École du Louvre (master’s and doctorate), member of the editorial board of the journal Culture & Musées, director of the Museums-Mondes collection at the Documentation française. Among the books she has edited are La Place des publics (2008) and Inventer des musées pour demain (2017).
