Francesca Daniele
Francesca Daniele is a Social Work Officer-Responsible for reception and accessibility activities in the Capitoline Superintendency.
After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Adult Educator from La Sapienza University-Center for Professional Education for Social Workers, he then earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from LUMSA University’s Faculty of Education Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Management of Integrated Security Policies from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo.
From 2019 to 2021, she was the contact person for the Common Sense project included as Action 3.2.2 of the Positive Actions Plan 2019 – 2021 approved by the Capitoline Council by Resolution no. 253 of December 28, 2018.
The project, was a collaboration between the Capitoline Superintendency, the Department of Organization and Human Resources and the Department of Environmental Protection.
The working group, consisting of employees from the mentioned facilities, worked to enable the widest knowledge of the Capitoline Superintendency’s initiatives aimed at participation and social inclusion, helping to strengthen employees’ sense of belonging to the Capitoline Administration.
She has always been committed to the recognition of the rights of people with disabilities and the responsibility of institutions in the activation processes of individuals and territories. It considers the commitment of the social worker as a conduit of cultural offerings to be fundamental, believing that cultural contexts promote knowledge and creative experiences and effective helping and self-help relationships, which over time multiply, creating a positive synergy effect between institutions and citizens, in a new dynamic of promoting well-being, confidence and optimism.
