Fabio Pagano
Archaeologist, PhD. He has developed researches on late roman and early medieval archeology with specific focus to the transformation of the town between the classical and medieval ages.
He has been working at the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities and for Tourism since 2012, as director of the National Archaeological Museum of Cividale del Friuli, of the National Archaeological Museum and Roman Theater of Spoleto and of the Archaeological Area of Carsulae and a period of work at the Directorate General for Museums.
Since 2018 he has been professor on “Enhancement for tourism of cultural heritage” within the Course in “Management of tourism and cultural events” at the University of Udine.
Since June 2019, following an international selection, he has directed the Archaeological Park of the Phlegraean Fields (Naples).
