
Claudio Gnessi
Claudio Gnessi is an Art Director and Lead Interaction Designer with over 20 years of experience in managing creative digital projects for large companies and public institutions.
He has been working as a community manager in the outlying areas of the city of Rome for 10 years, and for more than 7 years he has been cultural manager at the Casilino Ecomuseum, of which he is president.
Within the Ecomuseum, he is involved in contemporary art research, curating and producing new artworks, and managing the promotion of the public art sky museum in the Tor Pignattara neighborhood.
He is currently editing a book on public art in the suburbs for the Ecomuseum, coordinating projects to safeguard and promote the intangible cultural heritage of migrant communities, and coordinating the activities of the Museum of Urban Art on Migration. Lastly, his latest publication “Co.Heritage: Cultural Heritage for Development, Dialogue and Integration,” edited with Alessandra Broccolini and produced by the Central Institute for Intangible Heritage, is out now.
