Theme: Audiences Beyond the Pandemic

The pandemic had a dramatic impact on the way people interact with content within the context of museums, entertainment and learning at large: whilst some audiences have fully embraced online engagement, digital isn’t necessarily fully inclusive and many have come to value in person experiences even more as a result of the pandemic.

♦ How have museum audiences changed during the pandemic?

♦ Are these changes here to stay as part of the new normal?

♦ How are museums reacting and making sure that they remain true to their mission and relevant to their audiences?
