
Sara Abram
Art historian, trained at the University of Turin and the ScuolaNormaleSuperiore of Pisa, sheparticipated in research projects on the history of restoration and on museums and archives ofthe twentieth century. Employed at the Centro Conservazione Restauro”La Venaria Reale” Foundation since 2006, she has dealt with the fieldof conservation of contemporary artworks and she coordinated the activities of the paper and photography conservation laboratory and the ceramic glass and metals one. She followed the acquisition of archival collections linked to the history of contemporaryart (Fondo Galleria Martano) and to the history of restoration (Pinin Brambilla Archive) andcoordinated the “Arte Povera Domani” project on the documentation of ArtePovera’sworks through the collection of oral memory.
After having been in charge of the “project development” office and of the strategic plan, she is now the Secretary General of the Centro ConservazioneRestauro.
