Giuseppina Mussari, graduated in Literature, specialising in Palaeography and Codicology, at the University of Rome, La Sapienza. Postgraduate diploma in Library Science at the Special School for Archivists and Librarians of the University of Rome, La Sapienza and at the School of Library Science of the Vatican Library; Postgraduate diploma in Archivistics at the School of Palaeography, Diplomatics and Archivistics of the Vatican Secret Archives.
Since 1999, librarian at the Ministry of Culture, working at the Royal Library of Turin.
From 2002 to 2018, librarian at the National University Library of Turin, coordinator of the Acquisitions and Book Iter Office.
Since November 2018, she has been in charge of the direction of the Royal Library of Turin.
Adjunct lecturer at the University of Turin, Master’s Degree Course in Book, Document and Cultural Heritage Sciences.
Lecturer in training courses for librarians; Member of the Management Structure of the Authorities Archive and maintenance of the SBN online catalogue, Head of the Sbn TO0 Pole of the Piedmont Region and of the BMT Pole of the Turin National University Library.
Responsible for and coordinator of cataloguing, enhancement and digitisation projects carried out by internal staff or outsourced. She has published studies and essays on the bibliographic and artistic collections of the National Library and the Royal Library of Turin
