Davide Delfino
Davide Delfino, born in Genova in 1976, is gradued in Cultural Heritage Conservation from the University of Genova, specialized in Pre and Protohistoric Archaeology from the University of Milan and obtained the PhD in “Quaternary: material and cultures” from the University of Tràs-os-Montes e Alto Douro ( Vila Real, Portugal). His experience was in rescue archaeology, hill fort excavation, ceramic and metals studies, museology and public archaeology. He attended to projects research in protohistoric landscape management, rock art (Polytechnic Institute of Tomar- Portugal), study of collection andmuseography ( Municipality of Abrantes) in Portugal from 2008 to 2016 and public archaeology ( National Arts University of Bucarest) and he was adjunct professor at Polytechnic Institute of Tomar to the Erasmus Master in “Prehistoric Archaeology and Rock Art” from 2011 to 2014. Today is temporary archaeologist at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Activities and Tourism ( Regional Direction of Museums of Molise) from 2017, visiting professor at the UNESCO Chair in Humanities and Cultural Integrated Landscape Management of Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, member of Geociences Center of University of Coimbra and secretary of UISPP/IUSPP Scientific Commission “ Metal Ages in Europe and Mediterranean”.
