Victor Oliveira is Director of Merchandising for the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. His museum experience has included retail leadership roles at the Boston Museum of Science, The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
Victor is interested in the evolution of retail experience within cultural institutions, exploring their relevance to new audiences and reducing the impact of cultural tourism in the face of climate change.
