In 2010 she started working in Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano in the area of communication and cultural assets, over the years she increasingly expands the areas of responsibility and focuses activities in the area of corporate fundraising and private donors; in 2013 in view of the Universal Exposition in Milan she also began to coordinate the activities inherent to the offertaturistica of the Monumental Complex.
Since 2017 within the Economic Resources Area of the Entity she has the responsibility of Private Fundraising, Marketing activities and visitor services. In particular, visitor services include the coordination of ticketing and visitor information service of the Monumental Complex of the Milan Cathedral jointly with the coordination of the functions in charge of the management of commercial activities, such as guided tours, corporate events, with the development of new projects related to visit experiences with multimedia and digital tools; not the Duomo Shop project with brand licensing and official merchandising activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management of cultural heritage and performing arts from the Catholic University of Milan, and an executive master’s degree in Museology new media and Communication from the IULM University School of Communication.
