Born in Turin (Italy) in 1960. He graduated in Philosophy in 1984 and post graduate specialized in Communication Sciences.
Chief of the Staff of the Mayor in the Municipality of Ivrea (Italy) and coordinator of “Ivrea, Industrial City of the 20th Century” Site inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2018. Since 2013 he has coordinated the nomination process.
In 2010, 2011 and 2012 he has worked in Culture and Tourism departement of the Province of Turin.
From 1996 to 2009 he has worked in marketing and communication field for several italian communication companies.
Journalist from 1986 to 1998 for the following magazines and reviews: Trend, Il Sole 24 Ore, Italia Oggi, Far Eastern Economics Review, Problemi dell’Informazione, Largo Consumo
During the eighties, he has teached Social Communication at “University for Peace of The United Nations”, in the Master program concerning the “New World Information and Communication Order” (Mc Bride Report) and he worked with the “Mc Luhan Programme in Culture and Technology” (University of Toronto – Canada).
Member of Italian Philosophical Society, of Italian Society of Analitical Philosophy and of the british Society for Applied Philosophy.
