Paolo Francesco Russo

Born in 1991, he has cultivated a strong passion for sports since a very young age, practicing water polo at a competitive level and achieving important results. This experience represented his first true school of life. After earning his classical high school diploma, he graduated in Architecture and then embarked with determination on an entrepreneurial path.

Today, he is the Founder & CEO of **To Be Srl**, an innovative SME that develops value-added lighting solutions aimed at enhancing cultural heritage. To Be specializes in **geolocation through light (LiFi – VLC)**, data transmission, and the creation of immersive and inclusive experiences.

At the same time, Francesco Paolo has gained solid experience in the non-profit sector. He currently serves as **General Director of ANGI – the National Association of Young Innovators**, is a supporting member of the **Ampioraggio Foundation**, a member of the **Scientific Technical Committee of the UniVerde Foundation**, and of the **International Committee “Youth and Innovation for the Promotion of Integral Well-being”** of the **Pontifical Academia Mariana Internationalis**. He is also **President of Internal Affairs of the Rotaract Club of Latina** and has previously served as **President of FAI Giovani**, Ascoli Piceno delegation.

Throughout his young career, Francesco Paolo has received numerous national and international awards and recognitions. He is a **lecturer, trainer, and speaker** on topics related to **open innovation, startups, and digital transformation**, actively contributing to the spread of a culture of innovation and occasionally supporting startups in their early stages as a **mentor and advisor**.
