Complesso Monumentale di Santo Spirito in Sassia, ASL Roma 1

He is currently Director of the UOC (Complex Organizational Unit) Heritage and Enhancement of the Monumental Complex of Santo Spirito in Sassia in Rome for ASL Roma1, where he is in charge of the asset management of about 140 health care garrisons, three monumental complexes and the Santa Maria della Pieta urban regeneration project funded under PNRR Mission 5 “Urban regeneration, cohesion and social inclusion.”

It has innovatively contributed to enhancing the monumental complex of the Santo Spirito in Sassia, whose Sistine Lanes have now become a multifunctional space open to the community through the organization of exhibitions, concerts, conferences, fashion shows, galas and fundraisers.

He has gained more than 25 years of managerial experience in Italy and abroad in the management of real estate funds and projects with residential development, social housing, and student housing with Beni Stabili Gestioni SGR (now Covivio ) and CDP SGR in Italy and Pizzarotti in New York, after a significant professional background in Project & Construction Management (TECHNIP and ITALFERR) and Project Financing (Saba Italia Abertis group).

He has collaborated as a strategic consultant in the creation of partnerships for the formation of the first international smart cities (from Brazil to the USA) with international players such as ENELx and Planet smart City.

She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza, MBA Master’s degree from SDA Bocconi, and has obtained the Certification of Competencies in Sustainability in collaboration with Rina and Federmanager.

He holds a Green Card to live and work in the United States.
