Maurizio Stumbo

Expert in ICT Management and Technological Consulting, Maurizio Stumbo is IS Director of LAZIOcrea SpA, a Regione Lazio joint-stock company with full public participation, which deals with Regional Information System Governance and supports Regione Lazio in planning digital growth strategies, organizing and implementing activities related to the regional digital agenda. Since November 2017, he is an Assinter board member – the Italian national association that brings together companies from Regions and Autonomous Provinces operating in the IT sector for the Public Administration.
Before becoming CIO of LAZIOcrea (formerly LAit – Lazio Innovazione Tecnologica) – where he was hired in 2006 – he has covered various corporate responsibility roles. He has been Project & Program Manager on behalf of important market leading ICT companies such as Andersen Consulting (later Accenture), where from 2000 to 2005 he has been involved in Communication & High Technologies dealing with various complex ICT consultancy projects on behalf of several international Telco operators.
He has been an expert on CRM Systems of the Communications Department of La Sapienza University in Rome. Born in 1973, he has a degree in Management Engineering and a master’s degree in “Health Economics and Management”.
