Ian Thomas, Head of Research and Insights, Arts, British Council, is in charge of data and learning for the British Council’s global arts programs, including the development of a “What Works” approach to heritage protection. Ian has over 20 years of experience in various arts and cultural organizations, including the ArtsCouncilEngland, was a Visiting International Research Fellow at the University Southern California, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a former Royal Society for the ArtsEvidence Champion.
