University professor, manager and entrepreneur with thirty years of experience in impact analysis in the arts, tourism and culture sectors. A pioneer of impact studies in Italy, he has carried out many analyses of the economic, fiscal and communicative impact of cultural, tourism and sports events and projects, including Festivaletteratura in Mantua 2003, numerous temporary exhibitions in Brescia 2004, Festival della Mente in Sarzana 2007, Pordenonelegge 2014, Pistoia Capitale Italiana della Cultura 2017, Barcolana 2018, BergamoBrescia Capitale Italiana della Cultura 2023, Gorizia Capitale Europea della Cultura 2025, and others.

Since 1994, he has been teaching at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, where he is in charge of the course “Heritage, Museums and Digital Culture” in the Master’s program in “Economics and Management in Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment.”
