Elena Tassi Scandone

Elena Tassi Scandone is Full Professor of Roman Law and Foundations of European Law. She teaches in the Faculties of Law and Humanities at Sapienza University of Rome. She is President of the Master’s Degree Program in Law, Administration and Management of Cultural Heritage and Director of the Master’s Degree Program in Law and New Technologies for the Protection and Enhancement of Cultural Heritage – DTC Center of Excellence – Lazio. She is scientific manager of national and international research projects in the field of ancient rights and cultural heritage. She is the author of more than one hundred publications, including five monographs.
