Triennale Milan

Architect Ilenia Corradin is Sustainability Manager at Triennale Milano, where for more than six years she has been in charge of the technical-architectural management of the building, with particular attention to restoration projects and planned maintenance.
His path within the institution began in parallel with the first energy upgrades of the building, an area in which he coordinates both design and implementation activities, adopting an integrated and sustainable approach.
Working on sustainability in a museum context, which is complex and interdisciplinary, requires a transversal vision and the collaboration of all operational sectors. In this framework, his role also includes defining strategies and training programs, contributing to the development of concrete and coherent actions within the different areas of the Triennial.
He also coordinates a research project dedicated to the creation of a vademecum for exhibitions, both temporary and permanent, developed in collaboration with partner institutions and companies, with the aim of promoting more sustainable practices in the design of exhibition spaces.
