Carmen Bizzarri

Carmen Bizzarri, PhD, currently holds the position of associate professor in economic geography at the European University in Rome. Already coordinator of the Master in Management of Tourism Organizations at the European University of Rome and already lecturer on contract in several Italian state universities. She has two monographs, several contributions in numerous volumes in collettanea and publications in national and international magazines on tourism issues and the sustainable and inclusive exploitation of resources for tourism purposes in different territorial contexts. Member of the scientific committee of the research centre “Generative welfare, sustainability and rights” at the European University of Rome, of the International Forum of the Gran Sasso, BTO, the Roots Tourism Committee at the Maeci and treasurer of the Sistur and national vice president of Confassociazioni tourism, with a delegation for sustainable tourism. She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the new series “Tourism Studies in the MediterraneanRegion and the Science Publishing Group, and is also a reviewer for numerous international journals.
