Art Bonus is the law that provides a tax credit equal to 65 % of charitable contributions that individuals or companies make in favor of public cultural heritage and performances. To promote Art Bonus, MiBACT delegated its in-house company Ales – Arte Lavoro e Servizi, which is also responsible for managing the portal artbonus.gov.it, envisaged as a transparency tool by the Art Bonus law.
