Marco Biscione

Trained as an anthropologist (University of Rome, London School of Economics), he was curator at the Museo Nazionale Preistorico Etnografico in Rome then seconded national expert at the European Commission and at the Council of Europe. Back in Italy, he was Director of the Civic Museums of Udine then Director of the Museo d’Arte Orientale in Turin and Director of M9, Museum of the XX° century in Venice Mestre. He was also member of the board of judges for the European Museum of the Year Award.
