Enrico Rinaldi
Enrico Rinaldi, archaeologist, graduated with Cairoli Giuliani in Relief and Technical Analysis of Ancient Monuments at the La Sapienza University of Rome. He specialized in Restoration of Monuments with Giovanni Carbonara and Giorgio Torraca at the Faculty of Architecture of La Sapienza, and obtained a PhD at the University of Roma Tre in History and Conservation of the object of art and architecture. For about twenty years he was involved in the archaeological areas of Ostia and Porto, where he coordinated restorations and maintenance projects. From 2015 to 2021 he designed and coordinated the scheduled maintenance service of Pompeii, as part of the Great Project financed by the European Community. He was adjunct professor at the Interuniversity School of Archaeological Heritage Trieste Udine and Venice, and at the Southern High School of Naples. In 2022 he was appointed Director of the Sepino Archaeological Park and of the Molise Regional Museum Directorate, and is temporarily Regional Secretary for Molise.
