From December 2 to 4, 2026, the RO.ME Museum Exhibition returns to Rome— a unique event on the Italian scene: a professional networking platform and international marketplace dedicated to institutions, businesses, and professionals working in museums, cultural venues, and the cultural heritage sector.
The ninth edition will take place in the picturesque setting of the Corsie Sistine within the Santo Spirito in Sassia Monumental Complex, one of the most significant sites in the capital’s historical and architectural heritage.
The RO.ME Museum Exhibition will be an opportunity to experience 60 hours of ideas, meetings, and networking opportunities, explore emerging trends, and learn about the sector’s most innovative projects, while connecting with museums, cultural institutions, and national and international companies. A setting for exchange and discovery where participants can delve into cutting-edge products, technologies, and solutions for museums, exhibitions, and cultural tourism, while sharing experiences and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that are reshaping the future of cultural heritage promotion.
Among the thematic areas on the program are the preservation and accessibility of modern wonders, museum retail as a customer experience, professional skills and museum and cultural management, the design of cultural spaces, and the relationship between the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI), museums, and cultural heritage. These themes align with the vision “Heritage to Enjoy, Culture to Share,” exploring new perspectives not only to make cultural heritage more accessible, engaging, and participatory, but also to promote innovation, foster new collaborations, and support the growth and development of the cultural sector.
An opportunity to meet and exchange ideas, share knowledge, build new relationships, and promote ideas and solutions for the future of museums and cultural sites.
Participation is free with prior online registration.
