Cultural Planner and Consultant in Economics of Culture. He is MIC consultant, member of the Scientific Committee of the Gallerie dell’Accademia of Venice and of ANA-Ass.Naz.Archeologi; he is member ICOM and ICOMOS, independent Expert of Management for Council of Europe and R.E.A. of the European Commission, and “Senior” Expert for the Culture and Creativity Sectors, Innovation and EU Policies for Fond.Scuola del Patrimonio_MIC and Regione Emilia Romagna. He is a lecturer in several Italian universities and contributes to the development and application of Digital Technologies for the enhancement of culture as Cultural Designer for specialized hi-tech companies.
