Victoria & Albert Museum
Lauren has more than 25 years’ experience as a creative and commercial leader within the arts and museum sector. Following developmental roles at the Royal Academy of Arts, Art Room and Science Museum Group she joined the V&A in 2005. Now Head of Licensing and Business Development she is responsible for the V&A’s multi-award winning global licensing and publishing programmes. She oversees an extensive portfolio of licensees and partners in the UK and across the world, with established presence in specific markets including the USA, Japan, China and Korea. Her strategic vision and ability to evaluate IP and translate it into high quality products has enabled the business to achieve sustainable growth in a broad range of categories, through working with licensees, retailers and press internationally.
In 2017 Lauren was selected by industry peers in License Global’s ‘Game Changers’ nominations honouring the most influential women actively making a mark on the business of brand licensing. She was awarded Brand Licensing Ambassador of the Year 2019 in the UK B&LLAs.
