Civita Mostre Musei Spa
Alberto Rossetti is in Civita group since 2000, as director of Civita Servizi, then as CEO of Civita Mostre s.r.l. and, since few weeks as President of Civita Mostre and Musei S.p.A.
He has dealt with museum management and above all exhibitions.
Before joining Civita, he was involved in art publishing, as commercial director of Franco Maria Ricci since the early 1980s and then as manager of Electa Mondadori since 1987. During the years in the publishing world, he approached museum and exhibitions themes, in particular in the first years of application of the Ronchey law. The work with Civita was therefore born in continuity with the previous professional experiences, developing with particular attention the exhibition projects: at first, he was involved in the organization of reception services and then more and more often in the coordination of design and organization of several exhibitions ( among others Parmigianino 2003, Fra Carnevale 2004, Canaletto 2005, Gentile da Fabriano 2006, Vermeer 2007, Pintoricchio 2008, Raffaello and Urbino 2009, Farnese Collection 2010, Guercino, 2011, Signorelli 2012, Antoniazzo Romano, 2013, Rodin 2014, Jasper Johns 2015, Guttuso 2016, Art City 2017, Carlo Carrà 2018, Ingres 2019). In recent years he has also developed international exhibition projects, coordinating some important events such as Renaissance Masters in Brasilia and Sao Paulo, Rubens and the birth of the Baroque in Tokyo, Steve McCurry in Brussels and Lyon, Tutankhamun Real Experience in Prague.
